Job Description

We Sundarimai Kastha Tatha Furniture Udhog are hiring for Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers and projects, engaging with key industry stakeholders, and driving overall sales growth for our furniture and interior design offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and pitch interior design/furniture solutions to potential clients such as hotels, corporate offices, and new residential/commercial buildings
Identify and pursue new customers and business projects
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for furniture products
Build and maintain contacts with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
Conduct client meetings and site visits as required
Support social media marketing and promotional campaigns
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets

Job Specification

Intermediate passed
1–2 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in furniture, interior, construction, or related industry
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Nepali and English)
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of marketing/sales strategies and techniques
Knowledge of furniture/interior design industry preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes
Ability to build and maintain professional networks (architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients)

Personal Attributes

Target-oriented and self-motivated
Confident and presentable personality
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good time management and reporting discipline

Other Requirements

Valid two-wheeler license preferred (for site visits/client meetings)
Candidates with their own vehicle will be prioritized
Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs
