Job Description
Location:
Birgunj - Area ( Birgunj ,Bardibas ,Sindhuli,Chapur,Sarlahi)
Dangj - Area ( Dang ,Pyuthan ,Bhaluwang,Salyan ,Rolpa ,Rukum)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and plan sales activities for EV leasing in the Birgunj region.
Identify large-volume prospects—industries, SMEs, logistics operators, etc.
Oversee customer onboarding, verification, and lease agreement processes.
Manage and support Jr. Sales Officers in the region.
Conduct regional campaigns, awareness programs, and leasing promotions.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
Maintain strong customer relations for renewals and referrals.
Ensure regional leasing targets and KPIs are achieved
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of sales, finance, leasing, or automotive experience.
Strong negotiation, client management, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market potential and execute regional sales strategies.
Familiarity with EV technology and leasing models preferred.
