Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Junior Officer to support our sales growth and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, build client relationships, and contribute to business development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Prepare basic sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Visit clients and project sites when required
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
- Handles Social media and Marketing
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu and nearby area.
Preferred Skills
- Internship or prior experience in sales/marketing
- Knowledge of local market and customer behavior
- Basic digital marketing understanding (social media, content, etc.)
