IELTS /PTE Instructor

Sayon International Education Consultancy is seeking a passionate, professional, and result-oriented IELTS/PTE Instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong English language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students effectively toward achieving their target scores.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English classes professionally and effectively.
• Prepare students for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Conduct mock tests, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academic team to implement new teaching ideas and strategies.
• Track student progress and maintain academic records.
• Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and discipline in classroom management

• Strong command of English language and relevant subject matter.
• Must have taken IELTS or PTE test personally with a minimum overall IELTS Band Score of 7 or equivalent score in PTE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented, motivated, and student-focused approach.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional attitude with strong time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IELTS/PTE test preparation.
• Spoken English training experience.
• Classroom management and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
