Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing and sales activities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Support marketing campaigns (social media, email & SMS marketing, promotions)
Assist in content creation and basic graphic design for marketing materials
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
Visit clients when required and handle field-level business activities

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion ability.
Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Skills in content creation and basic graphic design.
Familiarity with email & SMS marketing tools.
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva or similar design software.
Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram marketing and ads.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Willingness to travel within Kathmandu for client visits.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
