Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
Create detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Assist in material selection, furniture selection, and interior styling.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Specification
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
Strong design and space-planning skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Ability to prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, office, or commercial projects.
Knowledge of project costing and BOQ preparation.
Site supervision experience.
