Architect

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Create detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Assist in material selection, furniture selection, and interior styling.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Strong design and space-planning skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, office, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of project costing and BOQ preparation.
• Site supervision experience.
