Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic software sales team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B or B2C software sales. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
