Job Description

BooksAlign is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible HR Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support daily administrative, HR, operational, and accounting activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain software systems where staff records and documents are stored.
  • Monitor staff documentation and follow up regarding expired or pending documents.
  • Upload and update documents accurately in the software system.
  • Report task progress and updates to the management team regularly.
  • Coordinate with staff and management for smooth office operations.
  • Post job vacancies in the software and assist in recruitment coordination when required.
  • Maintain proper data management and confidential record keeping.
  • Ensure punctuality, discipline, and responsibility in assigned duties.

Accounts & Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports after analyzing financial and operational data.
  • Support accounting-related tasks and maintain organized financial records.
  • Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day business operations.
  • Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Assist management in maintaining smooth workflow and office coordination.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good soft skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to handle situations professionally under pressure.
  • Strong upward communication and reporting skills.
  • Data management and reporting capability.
  • Positive attitude, humble personality, and willingness to learn.
