Prior experience in the fashion/retail industry (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Specification
Minimum SEE/SLC qualification (+2 preferred)
1–2 years experience in clothing/retail sales
Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics, sizes, and fashion trends
Good communication skills in Nepali (basic English preferred)
Strong customer handling and service skills
Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets

Basic knowledge of billing/POS system and cash handling
