Job Description
To promote the company’s construction-related products and services, generate leads, build client relationships, and support business growth through marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote construction products and services to contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and field visits
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support branding activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales reports

- Number of leads generated
- Conversion rate and sales growth

Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Atleast 1 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in construction industry or building materials preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction products/services is an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
