Marketing Executive

To promote the company’s construction-related products and services, generate leads, build client relationships, and support business growth through marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote construction products and services to contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and developers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and field visits
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Support branding activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales reports

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of leads generated
• Conversion rate and sales growth
• Client retention and satisfaction
• Market coverage and brand visibility

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• Atleast 1 years of experience in marketing or sales
• Experience in construction industry or building materials preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction products/services is an advantage
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
