Job Description

Smart Educational Academy is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Counsellor with strong expertise in multiple international study destinations. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance to students, manage the complete application and visa process, and contribute to achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, New- Zealand, Australia, and other destinations.
  • Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and career pathways.
  • Manage the end-to-end application process, including documentation, application submission, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate guidance on visa procedures and requirements for multiple countries.
  • Stay updated with international admission criteria, immigration policies, and market trends.
  • Achieve assigned enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and student engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior counsellors to enhance team performance.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in study abroad counselling across multiple destinations.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes for major countries (UK, Canada, New- Zealand, Australia, and other destinations. etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of students and work under targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an educational consultancy.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is an advantage.
