We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Officer who can promote our programs and services, generate quality leads, build strategic partnerships, and convert inquiries into paid participants. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital marketing expertise with excellent sales and relationship-building skill. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, creating engaging promotional content, building partnerships, generating leads, and driving course and wellness package sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, expanding our customer base, and supporting the overall growth of Repa Retreat and Repa Ayurveda Center. This position requires a proactive individual who is equally comfortable managing online marketing campaigns, communicating with prospective clients, following up on inquiries, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans for Repa Retreat and Repa Ayurveda Center.
- Promote meditation, yoga, singing bowl, Buddhist philosophy, retreat programs, online courses, Ayurveda treatments, and wellness packages.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase public awareness and attract new participants.
- Strengthen the brand presence of Repa Retreat across digital and offline channels.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Manage the organization's digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars and publish engaging content consistently.
- Create promotional photos, videos, reels, posters, and marketing materials.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve digital marketing strategies based on analytics and customer engagement.
Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, partnerships, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, website, and social media.
- Follow up with prospective participants and clients until successful registration, booking, or payment.
- Promote and sell retreat programs, meditation and yoga courses, online learning programs, Ayurveda treatments, and wellness packages.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, yoga studios, schools, colleges, corporate organizations, wellness centers, NGOs, and community groups.
- Develop referral partnerships that generate new participants and clients.
- Represent Repa Retreat professionally at networking events, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Identify opportunities for collaborative marketing initiatives and business growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate databases of inquiries, participants, clients, and partner organizations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat participation and referrals.
- Support customer retention initiatives through personalized follow-up and engagement.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare and submit regular reports including:
- Weekly Marketing Activity Report
- Monthly Marketing Performance Report
- Lead Generation Report
- Sales Conversion Report
- Partnership Development Report
- Social Media Performance Report
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
