Accountant

PR Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support the company's financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions, preparing reports, assisting with compliance requirements, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documentation.
• Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support VAT, TDS, tax filings, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related roles.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Familiarity with taxation, VAT, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Experience with other accounting software and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
