Delivery Rider

Deliver orders to customers accurately and within the promised time.

Verify delivery details (address, contact number, items) before dispatch.

Ensure safe handling of goods to prevent damage during transit.

Collect payments (cash/online confirmation) and issue receipts if required.

Maintain proper communication with customers regarding delivery status.

Follow the assigned delivery routes and optimise your time management.

Adhere to traffic rules and ensure road safety at all times.

Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for order pickup and updates.

Handle customer enquiries or basic complaints professionally.

Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports if required.

Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.

Minimum education: SEE/SLC or equivalent.

A valid driving licence (bike/scooter) is mandatory.

Prior experience in delivery/logistics is preferred but not required.

Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

Basic communication skills (Nepali; English is a plus).

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
