Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and restocking merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and effective manner.
- Support and participate in in-store promotional and marketing activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
