Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our sales team for Philips Lighting Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling lighting products to dealers, retailers, and end customers, while ensuring excellent service and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:

  • Actively promote and sell Philips Lighting products to retailers, dealers, and B2B customers.
  • Identify and target new customer segments and market opportunities.

Market Visit & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong customer relationships and gather market feedback.
  • Educate customers about product features, pricing, and offers.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance regularly.

Order Processing & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order placement, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth execution of the sales process from inquiry to final delivery.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
  • Provide timely reports and insights to the management.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or part-time sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
