Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Mapping: Systematically visit residential and commercial construction sites
within assigned sectors. - Product Education: Explain the quality and variety of Pashupati’s premium Italian
marble, granite slabs, and vitrified tiles to homeowners, contractors, and site
supervisors. - Lead Capture: Collect contact details of decision-makers (owners/architects) and their
specific material requirements (e.g., "Needs 2,000 sq. ft. of flooring by June"). - Branding: Ensure Pashupati stickers or promotional materials are placed at construction
sites (with permission) to maintain brand visibility. - Reporting: Submit daily logs to the Business Development Associate regarding site visits
and hot leads.

Office Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Specification
Education: High School (10+2) or above; Undergraduate students are often a great fit.
Language: Fluent Nepali; basic English is a plus for reading technical product catalogs.
Tools Must have a smartphone (for GPS/Photo logging) and a two-wheeler with license
(preferred for mobility).Candidate should have to visit door to door for marketing ans sales of our product and services.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Persuasive, resilient against rejection, and highly energetic.
