Job Description

Pacific Trading House Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Collector to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
Maintain accurate records of all payments received and pending.
Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Assist the finance team in preparing reports related to collections.
Work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve collection targets.
Identify and escalate any potential issues related to overdue payments.

Job Specification

Minimum education: 10+2 pass.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts or collections.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Long-term commitment and a professional approach towards work.
