The Sports Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all sports programs, events, and institutional partnerships. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage end-to-end sports delivery, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold high performance standards across multiple stakeholders including schools, coaches, and corporate partners.
The position plays a central role in translating strategy into execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Operations Management
- Plan and execute in-school physical education programs and after-school training initiatives
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and daily operations across multiple locations
- Ensure programs align with long-term athlete development frameworks and company standards
Event & League Execution
- Lead the end-to-end management of sports events, leagues, and tournaments
- Coordinate logistics including venues, equipment, officials, and staffing
- Ensure smooth execution with a strong focus on participant experience and safety
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with schools, corporates, and community partners
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients
- Support onboarding and customization of programs based on partner needs
Team & Coach Management
- Supervise coaches, trainers, and ground staff
- Ensure quality delivery through training, performance monitoring, and feedback systems
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and consistency across teams
Performance & Quality Control
- Track program effectiveness and athlete development outcomes
- Implement systems for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and reporting
Logistics & Resource Management
- Oversee equipment procurement, inventory, and utilization
- Ensure readiness of facilities and infrastructure for all programs and events
