Job Description
Nourish Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage billing and payment transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash, card, and digital payments while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and POS system for billing and payments
- Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions
- Use Crossover software for billing, sales entry, and daily transaction records
- Issue bills, receipts, refunds, or change as required
- Maintain daily cash balance and prepare end-of-day sales reports using Crossover software
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Assist customers with billing-related inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with kitchen/store staff for smooth order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
- Follow company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards
Job Specification
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum +2 / High School completion
- Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Crossover software
- Previous experience as a cashier (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak business hours
