Job Description

We are looking for a Education Counsellor responsible for converting student enquiries into successful applications and enrolments for South Korea, UK, and Japan. The counsellor must have strong communication, counselling, follow-up and sales skills, with the ability to manage students from initial enquiry to visa/application outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students regarding study destinations, universities, courses, eligibility, costs, scholarships, and career opportunities.
  • Handle leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins, and other channels.
  • Conduct timely and structured lead follow-ups and maintain complete records in the company's CRM/system.
  • Assess student profiles and recommend appropriate universities, courses, and destinations.
  • Prepare, verify, and coordinate application and admission documentation.
  • Coordinate with universities, representatives, documentation teams, and visa-processing teams.
  • Track every student's application from counselling → application → offer → documentation → visa → enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of leads, follow-ups, applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Meet assigned monthly counselling, application, and enrolment targets.
  • Follow up with inactive and pending leads until a clear outcome is achieved.
  • Maintain professional communication with students and parents.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities when required.
  • Stay updated on UK, South Korea, and Japan admission and visa requirements.
  • Follow company SOPs, pricing, communication standards, and compliance requirements strictly.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in education consultancy/counselling preferred.
  • Experience with UK, South Korea, or Japan will be an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong Nepali communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work discipline.

Salary: NPR 30,000-40,000/month + performance based incentives

Selection Process:

We first shortlist the candidates according to their CV and profile. If we find good, then we take their interview. After interview we keep them in trial period for upto 10 days (paid). If all good, we hire them.
