Job Description
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and motivated Sales Executive Officers to join our growing team. The role involves expanding market reach, increasing sales volume, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the Langtang Grace Natural Mineral Water brand across assigned territories. Ideal candidates are passionate about sales, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Visit retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and distributors regularly
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity
Collect orders and coordinate timely delivery with the operations team
Prepare daily sales and market feedback reports
Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities
Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation
Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth
Job Specification
Education: Minimum +2 (10+2) level
Experience: More than 1 year in the sales/beverage industry preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Results-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Good knowledge of local market routes and customers
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (compulsory)
