Job Description
Nepal Safety Centre is seeking a reliable and organized Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, handling stock movements, and ensuring the store remains clean, well-organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize store inventory systematically
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming goods
- Verify stock against invoices and report discrepancies
- Keep accurate records of stock, purchases, and inventory movements
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of materials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store premises
- Support day-to-day store and logistics operations
- Assist in stock counting and periodic inventory audits
Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: +2 (12th Pass)
- At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock management
- Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor and manual tasks
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or inventory software is a plus)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
