The Office Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support, with a key role in assisting digital marketing activities such as social media handling, content posting, and online customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administration:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
  • Ensure reception area is clean and well-organized
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Create and publish basic content (posts, captions, images)
  • Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries promptly
  • Assist in running digital campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content
  • Monitor engagement and report basic performance insights
  • Support website updates and online branding activities
Job Specification
  • Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) completed or relevant work experience preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in administrative or digital marketing role preferred; freshers may also apply
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet, email)
