Job Description

NEPA Works Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects across program, supply, and operations functions. The role focuses on ensuring efficient coordination, optimal resource utilization, and timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling parallel projects, managing workload effectively, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritization
  • Allocate and optimize resources across projects
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
  • Balance quality vs. quantity in project outputs
  • Coordinate with Program, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
  • Monitor workload and improve team efficiency
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and internal coordination

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Candidates from KU, TU, or equivalent universities are encouraged to apply

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles
