Job Description
As a Video Editor at NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for producing high-volume video content focused on product marketing and brand visibility across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and performance-driven short-form content.
This role requires a balance of creativity and speed. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering content quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Key focus will be on creating short-form videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and align with current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit daily high-volume product videos (AI-assisted and manual editing)
- Create short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok
- Edit LinkedIn and promotional video content
- Produce simple audio commercials for in-store use
- Add captions, music, and basic motion elements
- Export videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, etc.)
- Maintain fast turnaround times while following brand guidelines
- Organize and manage project files efficiently
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing
- Strong experience with short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and engagement editing
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently
- Basic audio editing skills
- Familiarity with social media formats and captioning
- Organized and responsive workflow management
Preferred (Optional):
- Experience with product-based content
- Basic motion graphics knowledge
- Experience working with remote teams
