Mid- Level Video Editor

As a Video Editor at NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for producing high-volume video content focused on product marketing and brand visibility across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and performance-driven short-form content.

This role requires a balance of creativity and speed. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering content quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Key focus will be on creating short-form videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and align with current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit daily high-volume product videos (AI-assisted and manual editing)
• Create short-form content for platforms like Reels and TikTok
• Edit LinkedIn and promotional video content
• Produce simple audio commercials for in-store use
• Add captions, music, and basic motion elements
• Export videos in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, etc.)
• Maintain fast turnaround times while following brand guidelines
• Organize and manage project files efficiently

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing
• Strong experience with short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and engagement editing
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently
• Basic audio editing skills
• Familiarity with social media formats and captioning
• Organized and responsive workflow management

Preferred (Optional):

• Experience with product-based content
• Basic motion graphics knowledge
• Experience working with remote teams
