Job Description
Nepal Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer (Night Shift) to design high-quality print materials and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver creative outputs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
- Prepare print-ready files (bleed, trim, color)
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in print design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color
- Knowledge of print production process
- Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred:
- Experience with international clients
- Knowledge of pre-press/printing techniques
- Basic digital design skills
