Print Designer

Nepal Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer (Night Shift) to design high-quality print materials and maintain brand consistency. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to deliver creative outputs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design print materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
• Prepare print-ready files (bleed, trim, color)
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color
• Knowledge of print production process
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred:

• Experience with international clients
• Knowledge of pre-press/printing techniques
• Basic digital design skills
