National Cine Group Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (NCGN) is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Distribution Manager to lead marketing and film distribution operations across Nepal. The role involves planning and executing promotional strategies for Nepali, Hollywood, and Bollywood releases, coordinating with cinema halls nationwide, managing branding and media campaigns, and analyzing box office performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, and market analysis skills with solid knowledge of Nepal’s film industry and cinema network.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing strategies for Nepali, Hollywood, and Bollywood film releases
Coordinate with cinema halls nationwide for smooth distribution operations
Manage promotional campaigns, media planning, and branding activities
Develop and maintain relationships with producers, exhibitors, and corporate partners
Monitor market trends and box-office performance
Prepare distribution reports and revenue analysis
Job Specification
Minimum master’s degree in business studies (MBS) or MBA (Marketing preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing and distribution (film/media industry preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Nepal film market and cinema network
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
