The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with contractors, builders, architects, hardware dealers, and homeowners, and achieving sales targets through field-based marketing and direct sales activities. The role requires extensive market visits, client engagement, and business development efforts. The company specializes in durable, energy-efficient, and low-maintenance UPVC products for residential and commercial projects.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and property developers.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability.
Field Marketing
- Execute field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and commercial projects to promote company products.
- Distribute promotional materials and collect market feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide product information, technical guidance, and after-sales support.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
