Job Description

Namaste A to Z Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable Packaging and Delivery Staff to join our team. The role involves packaging products, delivering them safely to customers, and assisting in filling out customer forms. Candidates must have their own two-wheeler with a valid driving license and should be responsible, punctual, and customer focused.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle product packaging, labeling, and organizing items for dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Collect customer details and assist in filling out customer forms.
Maintain records of deliveries and returns.
Handle goods carefully to avoid any damage during packaging or delivery.
Communicate effectively with customers and report any delivery issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging area.

Job Specification

Prior experience in packaging and delivery will be preferred.
Applicants must have a valid two-wheeler driving license, and having their own two-wheeler is preferred..
Minimum educational qualification: +2 or above.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, honest, and responsible attitude.
