Job Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing Officer will drive the restaurant’s marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, grow customer engagement, and boost revenue across dine-in, delivery, and promotional channels. This role requires strong marketing strategy execution within the hospitality and food service sector to attract diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for dine-in, delivery (e.g., online platforms), and seasonal promotions.

  • Prepare annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and budgeting requirements.

Brand Promotion & Campaigns

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Promote restaurant offerings, special menus, and events to target audiences.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content that highlights the restaurant’s cuisine and dining experience.

  • Track digital campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain partnerships with online food delivery platforms, local businesses, influencers, and tourism stakeholders.

  • Coordinate promotions with delivery partners to boost orders and visibility.

Customer Engagement & Feedback

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.

  • Engage with customers through reviews and social interactions to enhance online reputation.

Event & Special Promotion Support

  • Support special events, festival promotions, and in-house campaigns (e.g., themed nights, live music promotions).

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Reporting & Performance Metrics

  • Monitor and report marketing performance metrics to senior management regularly.

  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or food & beverage industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and marketing dynamics within the hospitality sector.
