Role Description The Delivery Riders role at Pugyoo is a full-time, remote position responsible for transporting orders from local vendors to customers using the company’s logistics processes and tools. Day-to-day tasks include picking up cakes and bakery items from partner vendors, verifying order details, and delivering them safely and on time to customers. The Delivery Driver will use mobile applications to receive assignments, navigate routes, update delivery status, and communicate with the operations team as needed. This role also involves interacting courteously with customers, handling basic payment or confirmation procedures, and following all safety, hygiene, and quality standards set by Pugyoo.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and communication skills to ensure a positive delivery experience.
Ability to perform basic Sales and upselling activities when appropriate, such as promoting Pugyoo services.
Experience in Food & Beverage handling, with attention to hygiene and safe transport of perishable items.
Capability to follow Training instructions, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and familiarity with local routes and navigation tools.
Reliable personal motorcycle or scooter or ability to operate company-provided vehicles, depending on location.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and to manage time effectively.
Basic smartphone literacy to use delivery and navigation apps; prior experience with delivery platforms is an advantage.
