Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator (Presenter) role based in Kathmandu. The Content Creator (Presenter) will be responsible for planning and presenting engaging content related to property listings, market trends, and company services on digital platforms and in-person events. Daily tasks include scripting and presenting video content, collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, and participating in property showcases or client presentations. The role also involves coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure that all presented information is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Ability to create and present clear, engaging content for video and live presentations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in front of the camera and audiences.
Basic knowledge of digital media platforms and content formats commonly used in marketing.
Organizational skills to manage scripts, schedules, and multiple content projects.
Fluency in English and Nepali, with strong speaking and writing abilities.
Prior experience in content creation, presenting, media, or marketing is an advantage.
Understanding of the real estate market in Nepal, especially Kathmandu, is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
