Company Description Darumandu Nepal is a 24/7 online liquor store that provides fast and reliable alcohol delivery across the Kathmandu Valley every day of the year. Based in Nursery Chowk, Dhungedhara, Kathmandu, the company serves customers in Kathmandu, Lalitpur (Patan), Bhaktapur, Kirtipur, and Thamel, typically within about 40 minutes. Darumandu offers one of the widest online selections of alcohol in Nepal, including premium imported whiskies, domestic Nepali spirits, beer, wine, rum, gin, brandy, tequila, and vapes. The service specializes in late‑night deliveries, operating when other stores are closed to support customers’ celebrations at any hour. Darumandu serves customers aged 18 and above and actively promotes responsible drinking.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Delivery Rider role based in Kathmandu. The Delivery Rider is responsible for picking up ordered products from the warehouse, verifying items against order details, and delivering them safely and promptly to customers across the Kathmandu Valley. The role involves using a motorbike or scooter for deliveries, following assigned routes, and maintaining high standards of customer service during handovers. The Delivery Rider will handle cash and digital payments, provide delivery confirmations, and ensure that age-verification and responsible delivery practices are followed. The position also includes basic vehicle care, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, and coordinating with the operations team to manage delivery schedules, delays, and order issues.

Qualifications

Strong road safety awareness, valid two-wheeler driving license, and confident riding skills within Kathmandu and surrounding areas.
Basic navigation skills using maps or delivery apps, with the ability to plan efficient routes and manage multiple deliveries.
Reliable time management and organizational skills to meet delivery targets and maintain punctual service.
Good communication and customer service skills to interact politely with customers and resolve minor delivery concerns.
Ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately, maintain basic records, and follow company procedures.
Physical ability to ride for extended periods, lift and carry delivery packages, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Attention to detail to verify orders, check product conditions, and follow age-verification and responsible delivery guidelines.
Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or courier services is an advantage; familiarity with alcoholic beverage products is a plus.
Minimum high school education or equivalent, and the ability to read and understand
