Job Description
The Operations Support Assistant will serve as the first point of contact of office while providing essential administrative and logistical support. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing the front desk, maintaining accurate business documentation, overseeing office and medical supply inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer and redirect phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail or courier packages.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Draft, file, and organize office documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels of office supplies and medical reagents/equipment are up-to-date.
Operational Support: Assist the operations with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal communications between departments. Help with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking daily expenses and verifying receipts.
Job Specification
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); however, a Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) is highly preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email management is essential. Multitasking abilities, excellent verbal communication, and a customer-focused attitude.
