Job Description

Mercy Education Consultancy is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Multi-Destination Education Counselor to guide students in pursuing higher education opportunities abroad. The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling students for multiple study destinations, including Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and the USA. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to provide personalized guidance to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert counseling to students seeking admission to universities abroad across multiple destinations.

  • Assist students in course selection, university shortlisting, and understanding eligibility requirements.

  • Guide students in preparing admission documents, including SOPs, LORs, and CVs.

  • Advise on visa processes, scholarships, and other study abroad formalities.

  • Conduct webinars, workshops, and information sessions for prospective students.

  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and partner institutions.

  • Stay updated on admission trends, immigration policies, and education regulations in various countries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s is a plus).

  • 1-2 years of experience in study abroad counseling or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to guide students with personalized career and education advice.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and online counseling platforms.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to student success.
