We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support our documentation and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organized records, assisting in day-to-day office operations, and ensuring effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and update company documents and records (digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing reports, official letters, and other documentation as required
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare minutes of meetings
- Handle internal and external communication (email, phone calls, visitors, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
- Assist HR/Admin with employee recordkeeping and other administrative functions
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documentation and sensitive information
- Support other departments with documentation or administrative tasks as needed
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation or administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a team
