We are looking for a confident and creative Content Creator who can represent our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, skilled in content creation, and capable of simplifying construction-related topics for a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and present content confidently on camera (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos)
• Write engaging scripts for both short-form and long-form video content
• Generate daily/weekly content ideas (viral + educational)
• Explain house construction and real estate topics in simple, easy-to-understand language
• Conduct interviews with engineers, clients, and industry professionals
• Visit project sites and create real-time video content
• Plan and execute content strategies based on current social media trends
• Create engaging content focused on audience interaction and lead generation
• Coordinate with the team for content planning and execution

• Clear and attractive communication skills (Nepali language is mandatory)
• Confident and presentable personality in front of the camera
• Basic knowledge of script writing
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate viral content ideas
• Willingness to travel across Nepal
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Point):

• Prior experience in social media content creation (TikTok, Reels, YouTube)
• Knowledge or interest in real estate/construction industry
• Influencer-style presentation skills
