Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company's day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, performance targets, workflows, and operational standards across departments.
- Work closely with the CEO/Managing Director to execute business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee client servicing, project delivery, business development, finance coordination, HR, and internal operations.
- Ensure digital marketing campaigns and client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Strengthen internal processes, systems, and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor business performance through data, reports, analytics, and financial indicators and take corrective actions when required.
- Identify operational challenges, business risks, and growth opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and teams to build a high-performance work culture.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization of employees and other operational resources.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support the team in resolving critical client concerns.
