Job Description
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.)
- Manage daily posts, comments, messages, and inquiries
- Design basic creatives and captions aligned with company branding
- Monitor analytics and improve engagement and reach
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns
Website Management
- Regularly update website content, blogs, images, and announcements
- Ensure website accuracy, performance, and user-friendliness
- Coordinate with designers or developers when required
- Monitor website traffic and basic SEO performance
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management and website handling
- Experience managing company websites and digital platforms
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress or similar)
- Content writing and copywriting skills in English
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing basics
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
