Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and self-motivated Marketing & Demo Associate to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, assisting trial users, handling customer queries, and supporting digital marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills who are comfortable learning new software and explaining products in a simple and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Product Demos: Conduct engaging screen-share demonstrations of our POS software to restaurant owners, answer basic product-related queries, and record customer feedback.
Handle Customer Queries: Serve as the first point of contact through chat, email, and occasional calls. Assist customers with setup-related questions and guide trial users throughout their initial experience.
Support Digital Marketing Activities: Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Create Simple Content: Develop basic marketing content using Canva and assist with social media content creation.
Manage Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Share Customer Insights: Communicate customer pain points, feedback, and feature requests to the product team.
Support Email Marketing: Assist with basic email marketing activities as required.
Job Specification
Fresher with strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Comfortable learning and navigating new software and explaining features in a simple, user-friendly manner.
Patient, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers, including on video calls.
Basic knowledge of social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
Self-motivated with a suitable work-from-home setup, including a laptop, reliable internet connection, and webcam.
