We are looking for a friendly, confident, and self-motivated Marketing & Demo Associate to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, assisting trial users, handling customer queries, and supporting digital marketing activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills who are comfortable learning new software and explaining products in a simple and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Product Demos: Conduct engaging screen-share demonstrations of our POS software to restaurant owners, answer basic product-related queries, and record customer feedback.
- Handle Customer Queries: Serve as the first point of contact through chat, email, and occasional calls. Assist customers with setup-related questions and guide trial users throughout their initial experience.
- Support Digital Marketing Activities: Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Create Simple Content: Develop basic marketing content using Canva and assist with social media content creation.
- Manage Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Share Customer Insights: Communicate customer pain points, feedback, and feature requests to the product team.
- Support Email Marketing: Assist with basic email marketing activities as required.
