Job Summary
The Admin & HR Associate will support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The role involves assisting in recruitment, payroll support, employee engagement, documentation management, and general HR administration while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding.
Support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation.
Support performance management processes and training programs.
Handle HR administrative work and office procedures.
Coordinate employee travel arrangements when required.
Assist in maintaining company vehicle records and basic safety compliance.
Support internal reporting and follow-up on HR-related tasks.
Job Specification
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
Basic knowledge of HRIS software, labor laws, and employee benefits is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a team.
