Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and visitor growth for Little Planet Nepal. The role focuses on digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement activities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Management
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Strengthen brand positioning and increase brand visibility across multiple platforms
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launch activities, and family-focused events
Support ticket sales promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
Coordinate content creation and branding materials with design/content teams
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement trends
Ensure consistent branding and communication across all channels
Partnership & Community Engagement
Coordinate with schools, influencers, media houses, and community partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
Explore collaboration opportunities to increase customer reach and engagement
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
Prepare marketing reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies
