Job Description
- Actively seek and identify potential property listings and clients (buyers and sellers).
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with professionalism and transparency.
- Negotiate deals to ensure deal for both the parties.
- Provide accurate area and market knowledge
- Explain financing options, mortgages, and legal terms
- Maintain and update property listings and client databases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and local property laws.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing after-sale support and follow-ups.
- Represent Lalpurja Nepal professionally during field visits, meetings, and events.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or running) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or real estate (preferred).
- This position is open to candidates of all genders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Own two or four-wheeler with a valid license.
Working Conditions
- This position is on-site and at field.
- Frequent field visits and client meetings will be required.
- Flexible working hours depending on client schedules.
