Job Description
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing social media content to promote our services and assisting the sales team with day-to-day sales activities. Since content creation does not require full-time hours, the candidate will also support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and other content for social media platforms
- Promote company services, vehicles, offers, and brand image online
- Assist in planning content ideas and basic captions
- Respond to basic social media inquiries and messages
Sales Assistance
- Assist the sales team with customer handling and follow-ups
- Support showroom or office sales activities when required
- Help coordinate customer inquiries received through social media
- Maintain basic records related to leads and customers
Job Specification
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with prior experience in social media or sales will be given preference
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
