Waiter/Waitress (Sindhuli)

We are looking for 12 energetic, courteous, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team at Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking customer orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for customers.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to their requests.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
• Support other operational activities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management

• Minimum SEE/SLC or +2 qualification.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
