Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Female Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable hair wigs and hair extensions by providing personalized guidance and product recommendations. The role also involves communicating with customers through social media and digital platforms, handling inquiries, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Help customers try and select suitable hair wigs, hair extensions, and related products.
- Provide product information, styling suggestions, and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms, messaging apps, and other digital channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom remains organized and attractive.
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with management for issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and current beauty trends.
- Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
Job Specification
- Minimum education: +2 (Higher Secondary Level)
- Gender: Female
- Age: Below 30 years
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
