Job Description
Kathmandu Eye Center is looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk cum Clinic Assistant to manage front office operations and assist with basic clinic administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling billing and payments, and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. Knowledge of basic accounting will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Handle billing, issue receipts, and manage daily payment transactions.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Support inventory tracking of clinic supplies if required.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 / Intermediate level or above in Management, Business, or related field.
1 year of experience in front desk, receptionist, or clinic assistant role preferred (freshers may apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Knowledge of basic accounting or billing processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
