Job Description
Responsible for generating sales of steel, construction chemicals, and industrial materials for hydropower and infrastructure projects. The role includes visiting project sites, preparing BOQs, quotations, and tenders, coordinating with clients and contractors, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely delivery and payments. Also responsible for maintaining client relationships and preparing regular sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales for steel, construction chemicals, and industrial materials
- Handle hydropower and infrastructure project sales
- Visit construction sites, hydropower projects, factories, and industrial clients
- Prepare and submit BOQs, quotations, technical proposals, and tenders
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close orders
- Follow up on deliveries, payments, and client satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales and market reports
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project/industrial sales
- Strong knowledge of:
- Steel & cement products
- Construction & waterproofing chemicals
- Hydropower and infrastructure projects
- Experience handling project-based procurement
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email
