Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies
Maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, internet)
Perform regular system backups and recovery
Install updates, patches, and security fixes
Ensure data protection and system availability
Provide technical support to staff when required
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures

Job Specification

Basic proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Understanding of system security, user access control, and backups.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Ability to monitor systems, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
